  • Our store is hosted on Shopify.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  • Our Payment gateway is managed by PayU India, for customers who buy from our website. For offline customers who order via E-mail the Payment gateway is managed by PayU Payments Private Limited.

  • We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Shipping , Returns & Exchange Policy

Warranty

If the product is defective or unsatisfactory, you may return the product to the place of purchase. Kindly make sure to provide a copy of the invoice upon returning the product. QuaMist nozzle comes with a one-year warranty. The warranty applies only if the nozzle has been correctly installed and used. The warranty does not cover the damages due to mishandling or functional defects that arise due to the impurities in the water. we strongly recommend to use a common water filter for better results

Cancellation
 

  • Once ordered through the website, order cannot be cancelled.

Returns
 

  • Our policy lasts 30 days starting from the date the product leaves our facility. If you request after 30 days of date of shipment of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • If the product comes under warranty we will thoroughly examine the product and get back to you via E-mail.

  • The Product must be in Original condition and should be returned along with the box.

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price of the product alone and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund
 

  • Once the returned product reaches us we will initiate the Refund procedure.

  • The product will be examined and then the customer will be notified via E-mail/Phone.

  • Once the E-mail is sent the amount will be transferred to the customer’s Bank account that they have provided.

  • The amount will be transferred to the bank account within 14 working days.

  • An E-Mail will be sent to the customer once the amount has been refunded to the customer.

Exchange
 

  • Our policy lasts 30 days starting from the date the product leaves our facility. If you request an exchange after 30 days of date of shipment of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • The Product must be in Original condition and should be returned along with the box.

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
     

Delivery
 

  • Once the Order is placed you will receive a confirmation to your registered E-Mail address.

  • You may also request a GST Invoice via email.

  • Once ordered the product will leave our facility within 7- 10 Working days.

  • A Confirmation E-Mail along with the tracking ID will be sent once the product is shipped.

  • Our current shipping partner is ShipRocket and Earth Fokus will not be responsible for delays and damages once the product leaves our facility. If your product arrives in back condition or the wrong product was delivered please email support@earthfokus.com

  • Delivery time May vary with respect to the customer’s location.

  • For international shipping Minimum duration of 2 weeks is required

Shipping

  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
